John was professional and courteous. He found the problem quickly and was able to fix it right away. Didn't try to sell us any unnecessary parts or work. We were more than pleased with the service. We will definitely use them again for any future heating or ac needs. Cheers and thank you!

John did a once over and found the capacitor on our furnace was faulty. Came back the very next day and installed it. Very happy with the timing and service!

Chris is now my go-to professional for any heating and ac needs. The gas boiler went out this morning. I spoke to Jennifer who treated me with great customer care. She took care of the details and Chris was at the house later in the afternoon, during a holiday weekend. Reasonable, professional, experienced, and kind. Besides replacing the bad thermo couple, he made adjustments to several parts of the heating system, including the thermostats, to have the entire system run more efficiently. Thank you Jennifer and Chris...you made my day!
